The notion that Israel has even an ounce of care about sensitive disposal of Palestinian remains, mentioned early in the article as a logistical issue, is sadly laughable. After countless incidents of leaving bodies to rot, burying medics they had massacred in mass graves, bulldozing every cemetery in Gaza, using the bodies of civilians as bait for their snipers after the victim had crossed an invisible line, demolishing thousands of structures with no effort at recovering any remains buried within, after their cabinet ministers described the entire Palestinian population as animals, how can any living person believe there would be any honest effort to act with any respect or dignity to the dead in Gaza? Evil is as evil does.
